Firefox

By default Firefox will save the file, moleminder.jar, to your Desktop directory. If you have changed this setting to another location, then once the download has completed, open the File Explorer for your linux, navigate to the directory where the moleminder.jar was downloaded. Then move the moleminder.jar to your desktop. If you are prompted for the download location, navigate to your Desktop directory which is normally in your Home directory. Double click the moleminder.jar icon on your desktop and the MoleMinder application will start. If something different happens, try right-click; open with and select a "JDK" entry.

Others

If you are using a browser other than firefox, save the download to your Desktop.
